My experience: My wife and I bought a house in Carmel Valley in 2014. The Moores represented the sellers. Over the next ten years, we observed their activity in this market, then hired them to sell the same house again for us. In all our dealings and observation of others’, the Moores acted with competence and class. They never left details dangling or ignored our concerns. They were interested and available, and they delivered everything they promised. In addition, they expressed sincere concern for our needs and our next step in life. This was especially important to me, because I rarely make real estate transactions, struggle to understand them, and get nervous easily. During our twelve years, living in Carmel Valley, we observed other real estate companies at work, and had dealings with some of them. When friends or neighbors bought or sold, we took notes. In our opinion, you cannot do better than to work with the Moores. We cannot say enough good things about them.

Ryan and his team are absolutely fantastic. Ryan helped my wife and I purchase a home in Carmel Valley in early 2025. During the initial search, Ryan had a ton of information to share on the various builds, pros/cons, and details on the sub neighborhoods in Carmel Valley (which he intuitively knew having grown up in the area). For each individual offer we wrote, Ryan put together a detailed pricing analysis with homes with comparable attributes (e.g. floorplan, lot size, subneighborhood), and gave us a confidence window for a range of offers we could consider writing. After we had an offer accepted, the real work started - Ryan hustled hard to get inspections scheduled, worked in detail on repair negotations, and generally went above and beyond in communication, coordination, and helping us resolve any issues that came up. Aside from Ryan himself, both of his parents have also been working in real estate in Carmel Valley for over 20 years - for more complex questions, Ryan also leveraged his parent's experience to help us make the best decisions when working with the seller. Ryan's help continued after closing! Ryan has a network of vendors he can recommend, for example painters (we got several quotes from other companies, but Ryan's came back the most reasonable, and they did really high quality work). If I could go back I'd work with Ryan again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend working with him for anyone searching for a home!

Recently engaged the Moore Realty Group as our listing agent for our home. Farryl, Charles and Ryan worked as a team to make the transaction seamless. When we interviewed Farryl and Charles, they stood out as having the best strategy to sell our home. They understood the market situation better than others and had a different (better) strategy to sell. They had better statistics and numbers in addition to local knowledge and expertise. They live in Carmel Valley, know the schools and the potential buyers in the area. Their plan was better suited to the market conditions. Once we signed them on to be our realtors they took immediate action. In less than 2 weeks, they staged our home, took photos and flyovers, had the 3D model done and held the open house. Farryl was incredible, really worked hard to get our house ready for showing, very organized and on top of everything. Open house had over 150 groups of people in 2 days (6 hours total). I watched some of the open house through our security camera - the 3 of them handled it perfectly, each of them had a specific role and were very active with the buyers.. they didn't just let everyone wander around aimlessly, they actively SOLD our home. Didn't just open the doors and stand around like most open house agents. Within 1 day of open house, we received 13 offers, most were well above the listing price. Even after accepting an offer, the Moore's got us 5 back up offers the next day Throughout the process, Farryl always took care of the details while Charles focused on the strategy and sales aspects of the transaction. This was our 4th home sale and by far the best sales strategy and execution.. very impressed. We had travel plans in place as the home was prepped for sale. Farryl stepped up and coordinated with movers, cleaners etc. She really made the transaction smooth for us. To say that their service exceeded our expectations is an understatement. We highly recommend them. Having an agent with a good strategy who actively sells rather than just listing and reacting got us more money and a very fast sale.

Charles and Farryl both are very competent and extremely knowledgeable realtors and not to mention very nice and honorable people. Dishonest, greedy, and vengeful are the ways, I would describe this husband and wife Real Estate Duo. I would not trust anything they say and keep in mind that their only motivation is the money they will make on the transaction. I sought Chuck out on a listing he had and asked that if I let them represent me and the seller, if the would be willing to reduce their commission to me and pay that savings to the seller. They agreed. He asked me to work with his wife Farryl to present my offer. When they wrote it, they did not reduce their commission, the submitted it as if Farryl was my independent broker. When, I complained, they said that they simply could not accommodate my request and if I didn't like it, I could get another realtor to represent me. So, I did. I called another realtor and we made an offer on the house. Chuck and Farryl were combative, unhelpful, and disagreeable throughout the whole process. And, just to spite me, it is my opinion that they worked to ensure that I didn't get the house. Something that baffles me still is that my final offer was $5,000 more than the seller excepted. I have my doubts that they presented the seller with my final offer. I wouldn't seek Chuck and Farryl out if looking to buy. If you're selling, be very vigilant that your interest don't conflict with theirs.
